Frequency Facilitator Mentorship

One-on-one sound facilitation mentorship

This mentorship is for people who want to learn how to work with sound as a facilitation tool in a grounded, intentional way. It's designed for those who feel drawn to holding sound-based experiences, whether that's traditional sound baths, small group sessions, or more experimental or artistic sonic rituals.

This is not a one-size-fits-all training. The mentorship is shaped collaboratively around your interests, experience level, and the context in which you actually want to work with sound.

The Frequency Facilitator Mentorship unfolds slowly and intentionally, with space for preparation, immersion, and integration. It typically takes place over one to two months.

How this mentorship works

Step 1: Foundations

You begin by completing the Frequency Foundations online course. This self-paced material covers the basics and creates a shared language, so our time together can go deeper and be more focused.

Step 3: In-person immersion day

10:00–18:00, Berlin (Spandau)

We spend a full day together in my studio.

You'll have access to:

  • my gongs

  • singing bowls

  • electronic instruments

  • and other sound tools I work with

The day is shaped around your personalized curriculum and may include:

  • learning how to play gongs and bowls safely and confidently

  • structuring and pacing a sound bath or sonic ritual

  • working with silence, intensity, and transitions

  • exploring more artistic or ritual-based approaches to sound

  • developing trust in your listening and decision-making

By the end of the day, you'll be able to design and hold your own sound bath or sonic ritual in a way that feels grounded and intentional.

Step 2: Introductory call

1-1.5 hours

After completing the foundations course, we meet for an in-depth introductory call.

During this call we explore:

  • why you want to facilitate sound

  • what kinds of spaces or experiences you feel drawn to holding

  • your previous experience, if any

  • whether you're interested in a more traditional or more experimental approach

  • what feels supportive and realistic for you right now

After this call, I create a personalized curriculum outline for your mentorship. We refine this together via email or text before the in-person day, so the focus feels clear, supportive, and aligned.

This mentorship can be as traditional or as non-traditional as you want it to be.

What's included

  • Access to the Frequency Foundations online course (4 modules)

  • Two one-on-one calls (1-1.5hours each)

  • One full in-person mentorship day in Berlin

  • Email and text support throughout the mentorship period

  • The Frequency Facilitator Handbook

  • A curated resource list, including where to source instruments and tools

  • Certification upon completion

Step 4: Integration call

1 hour

After the in-person day, we meet again for a follow-up call. This is a space to:

  • ask remaining questions

  • reflect on what came up

  • integrate what you learned

  • talk through next steps or early facilitation experiences

Pace and availability

This mentorship is intentionally limited. I offer one Frequency Facilitator Mentorship per month and work with no more than two people at a time.

All mentorships are application-based so we can make sure this format is a good fit.

In-person dates are scheduled collaboratively.

Who this mentorship is for

This mentorship tends to work best for people who are:

  • curious and self-directed

  • interested in listening as much as playing

  • drawn to facilitating sound with care and responsibility

  • open to moving slowly and intentionally

You don't need to be a professional musician or facilitator to apply.
