Learn how frequency and rhythm shape the way we listen and feel. Try a hands on exercise that lets you hear the difference for yourself.
2  getting started with GarageBand
A beginner guide to GarageBand. Learn basic navigation, how to set up a project, and build your first soundscape.
3  soundscapes and voice integration
Build ambient soundscapes in GarageBand, then apply them in a hands on track building exercise. Get an introduction to field recording, using your voice in a soundscape, and blending sounds with effects.
4  advanced soundscaping and frequency integration
Learn how to build any frequency tone you want into a composition, including tones associated with angel and planetary systems. You will learn the technical process for embedding a chosen frequency into a soundscape, and how rhythm and resonance shape the way a piece feels.
5  personalizing sound rituals
Customize your soundscape around your own intention. Study techniques for designing a ritual, structuring a session, and building a final piece to share.
