A MONTHLY SPACE TO REGULATE, RECONNECT AND BREATHE
BREATHWORK ONLINE
NEXT SESSION: sunday, june 22 || 7pm cet/ 1pm est/ 10am pst
Join me for a soft, spacious 90-minute breathwork session—designed to support emotional release, deep rest, and reconnection to the body. We’ll be working with nose-led breath (inhale through the nose, exhale through the mouth), ambient music, and sound frequencies to gently guide the nervous system toward regulation and ease.

These online sessions are open to all, and especially welcome anyone outside Berlin, those navigating neurodivergence, social anxiety, or chronic health challenges.
This class will be taking place every fourth Sunday of the month.
about the session
This session is longer and more spacious than my in-person offerings. There’s more time to land, rest, and integrate-plus the comfort of being in your own space.
You can wear what you want, cry loudly, lie in bed… it’s your container, and there’s something powerful about being in it fully, without needing to mask or perform.
