  • Looking to sharpen your skills, integrate breath science, and expand your toolkit with trauma-informed approaches and sound elements.

  • Those who feel called to work with the breath as a form of self-expression and transformation—bringing intuitive, embodied insight into their creative or community work.

  • Professionals seeking evidence-based, somatic tools to help clients regulate, process, and deepen their healing experience.

  • You may not plan to teach professionally (yet), but you're ready to understand your body, voice, and nervous system more deeply—and to step into your power.

  • If you're feeling the call but aren't sure where to start, this training offers clear structure, supportive guidance, and the confidence to begin.

who this is for

Who this training is not for:

  • Those looking for a purely spiritual or ceremonial breathwork model (this training is grounded in science and practical application)

  • Individuals not ready to engage in hands-on practice or receive feedback

  • Anyone looking for a passive learning experience. We value participation, curiosity, and personal growth

  • People who want an advanced sound healing certification (we include sound as a supportive tool, but this is not a sound training)

I’ve been teaching breathwork in one form or another for over a decade, and in that time I’ve led sessions in just about every kind of space you can imagine - mental health hospitals, churches, yoga studios, music venues, parks, corporate offices, community centers, and living rooms. I believe breathwork belongs everywhere.

I bring over 1,000 hours of facilitation experience into this training, along with a deep well of nervous system education and a lifelong relationship with music. For the past 15+ years, I’ve been exploring how sound, frequency, and carefully curated playlists can be used as therapeutic tools to support regulation, release, and integration.

My style is direct but compassionate, grounded in science, and focused on helping you find your voice, not replicate mine. This training isn’t about learning a script, it’s about building real confidence in your skills, your presence, and your ability to support others with care and clarity.
