This two-hour workshop is a space to slow down, recalibrate, and reconnect with the body. Led by Kimi Recor, the session begins with gentle breath priming and guided nervous system regulation before moving into three rounds of Conscious Connected Breathwork, each about 15 minutes long, with time to integrate between each one.
Expect a mix of science-informed breath techniques, somatic support, and a full gong sound bath meditation to close. Kimi’s approach is trauma-aware, non-dogmatic, and grounded in real practice. The class is open to both beginners and experienced breathers.
Whether your system is holding a lot or you just need space to land, this is a chance to reset through breath, sound, and rest.
