the in-person day
6 to 7 hours including breaks. Practice, presence, and confidence.
We ground, warm up, and explore the voice through breath, movement, and sound. You work in pairs and groups, play with layering, drones, instruments, and live loops, practice holding space for others, and bring the work into your own practice or classes. We close with a group share and integration.
what you receive
A certificate of completion (PDF). An optional online integration circle. A Telegram group for future shares.
