how it works
You begin with the online modules of the Frequency facilitator training. They cover the basics and build a shared language, so our time together can go deeper.
We explore why you want to facilitate sound, what spaces you feel drawn to holding, your experience, whether you lean traditional or experimental, and what feels realistic right now.
Afterward I write a personalized curriculum outline, and we refine it together by email or text.
A full day, or two half days if you prefer, of in-person practice in my studio with my gongs, crystal bowls, electronic instruments, and other tools. We can focus on one instrument or a combination of all, and for existing sound practitioners, on bringing electronics into your practice. We decide on a full day or two half days together on the co-design call. The time is shaped around your curriculum and may include learning to play gongs and bowls safely and confidently, structuring and pacing a sonic meditation, working with silence, intensity, and transitions, exploring more artistic and experimental approaches, and developing trust in your listening and decision-making.
By the end you can design and hold your own sonic meditation in a grounded, intentional way.
We meet again after the in-person day to ask remaining questions, reflect on what came up, and talk through next steps or your first facilitation experiences.
