This is not your average sound healing training.
It’s less about memorizing techniques and more about building a connected, creative practice with sound.
We’ll absolutely work with gongs, crystal bowls, and other resonant instruments. You’ll get real hands-on time to experiment, to listen deeply, and to discover what you actually connect to instead of copying someone else’s style.
But we’ll also go further.
We’ll explore electronics. Texture. Layering. Space. How different frequencies interact with the body and nervous system, and why they do what they do. Not in an abstract way, but in a way that helps you make intentional creative choices.
This training lives somewhere between sound art, nervous system education, and embodied practice.
You’ll learn the science behind frequency and how sound interacts with the nervous system, but just as importantly, you’ll have the space to develop your own relationship to it.
The focus is on helping you build a practice that feels grounded and creatively alive. Not something you copy, but something you understand from the inside out. You’ll leave with tools, yes, but also with clarity about what actually resonates with you and how you want to work.
There are only five spots per date so we can keep the group intimate and work deeply.
